Until this post, I'd never really devised a bucket list before.  Embarrassingly as it may be to admit, I hadn't even known of the term until the movie 'The Bucket List' came out starring Morgan Freeman.  I thought it all seemed a bit morbid, that a list of a few activities can define a life.  But, then I remembered the lists I make every now and then, the 'how to better my life' list scribbled onto a Post-It note; the lists I gradually crossed off as I achieved my goals: learn to drive, go self employed, learn to horse ride (yet to cross off) and 'get out more'.  I guess without thinking I've already been making mini bucket lists.

When I went on tv series, Brides on a Bus, four years ago I was unaware that I'd take part in some fantastic and once in a lifetime experiences that I'd still think about today.  Challenges I got to do included playing rugby with a top Welsh player, putting my hand into a chamber of bugs whilst blindfolded, sheep herding and 4x4 off roading (which was fantastic fun, I must add!).  These are the kind of things you may put on a bucket list, although never in a million years would I ever have thought I'd be doing them!

Me off-roading it on Brides on a Bus

The problem with bucket lists is that, although they're hugely inspiring and fun to compile (and complete) they're usually pretty expensive.  It would be nice to have a never ending pit of money to fund these dream experiences but sadly most of us can't afford to do many of them.  In these cash strapped times doing anything is impossible, isn't it?

When Money Supermarket asked me to make my own bucket list of budget experiences, it really made me think.  So, here's my list of exciting and soul satisfying budget activities with one silly-money experience (well, I can dream!):

Learning how to make a dress for myself from scratch is something I've been wanting to do for quite a while now.  I've been into crafting and sewing since I was a teenager and only two Christmases ago I got my sewing machine.  I've been making odd things here and there, mainly cushions and decorations that I've given as gifts but I really want to venture into making pieces of clothing.  Looking through books and trying to follow online tutorial videos isn't really cutting it for me so in an ideal world I'd jump on a local course so I can properly learn how to craft some clothes and make use of old clothes and fabric.  *Thinking thrifty!*

To fly to space?  Come on, who wouldn't?!  The A list celebs and wealthy are all signing up to be the first to jet off into space so imagine being on that same craft.  The view of Earth would be breathtaking.  I bet it would feel like an out of body experience, other worldly.  So amazing.

I throw the Money Supermarket budget bucket list challenge over to my fellow bloggers:

What would be on your bucket list?

If you read my earlier post WIN a Wonderbra with National Cleavage Day, you'll know by now that I'm, you guessed it, an official ambassador for Wonderbra's very own National Cleavage Day towards the end of this month.  You'll also have noted that I'm giving away a Wonderbra to one lucky winner.  I was asked to select my favourite bra out of the entire Wonderbra range to offer as the prize and the decision was so difficult.  There are so many sexy and cool designs that Wonderbra do, even in the larger cups, that I was spoilt for choice.  Needless to say, I made the pick and chose the 'One & Only' bra from the Limited Edition collection.  As with all limited ranges though, there's usually only a select number made, so you may, depending on the size you request, be sent an alternative colour or style.  If you haven't get entered the giveaway, you can check out the Rafflecopter here.

The Wonderbra Girls wanted to send me the One & Only for myself to wear and as the cups are available up to a G I asked for a 32G.

The Wonderbras I'm most familiar with are typically lace or satin (okay, there was a dubious sparkly one in the noughties but we won't go there) so it's pleasantly different to try out a totally new fabric design.  The One & Only is predominantly a spot mesh trimmed with narrow ribbons of satin.  Although it is a glamorous, sumptuous collection I can't help but think it has a kinkier edge with echoes of bondage strapping.  This collection surely has to be the naughty sister of the more normal Wonderbras: the fetish inspired Wonderbras.

The larger cups of the One & Only don't boast the same amount of padding as those under a D cup but I wouldn't want it to.  The cups are still more than adequately padded to provide a smooth shape without size enhancement.  The low and close central gore creates an effective cleavage with an exceptionally rounded shape.  The look is boosted and ample but remains in the natural, effortless territory.

I did find the band was a lot longer than I'd have preferred.  For a more close fitting it is best to use the first (loosest) hook and eye but I needed to use the last.  The 30 back would have been a better option.  The wings have a very slight plastic boning and then the band is a minimalist design, featuring only elastic strips which extend to the closure.

The straps are semi adjustable elastic with front satin and a mesh trim which is pretty different.  The adjusters and rings are metal which look and feel more quality than regular plastic furnishings.

The One & Only has both met and surpassed my expectations.  The design and build is solid and substantial which is an important factor in large cup bras and it looks sexy and feminine too.  If I could change one thing about this bra it would be the band.  I don't think it's appeal depends on the narrow quirky band and it would be a good firm foundation if the band was deeper and more rigid.

I've seen that you can also get the One & Only in a cream shade which looks pretty in a wearable neutral colour.

Which has been your favourite Wonderbra over the years?

Esty Lingerie are currently holding a fantastic competition which will see one lucky winner receive a whopping £100 to spend in their online shop.  Entry into the draw is simple: all you have to do is subscribe to the Esty Lingerie blog and/or the site newsletter, and with options to tweet and comment on the competition too, there's ample opportunity to boost your chances of winning.

I personally (no surprise) love perusing lingerie departments and online shops, it's rather like rummaging through your own underwear stash, loving old favourites and coming across delights you forgot about.  And, if like me, lingerie is more than grabbing any old pair of knickers to wear for the day, you'll appreciate just how exciting it is to discover new designs and brands in a place like Esty, and agree that £100 is a rather tempting shopping spree all too readily enjoyed and well spent!

I would absolutely relish the opportunity to trolley dash Esty Lingerie, and with their virtual racks full to bursting with corsets and other equally tantilising lady garments, there's a LOT to choose from.

I would be torn between this delicious little lot >

The beautifully intricate 'Marlene' bra by Louise Ferdinand Lingerie, crafted from Britain's finest Nottingham Lace and available in 28 backs and cups D-KK (Yippee!)

The cute pale blue lace 'Forget Me Not' Tutu Knickers by Arabel, with it's flirty frill and oversized bow is crying out for boudoir love (my boudoir)

Anyone who really knows me knows just how much I love a cheeky pair of pasties.  The Pink Swarovski Crystal Pasties by Sass A Frass Designs have to be the most decadent, naughty and yet innocent pasties ever.  Must.  Have.

This Faux Leather Corset by Madame Dee is total dominatrix.  Hot with added cute appeal with its lavish purple satin bows.  I love the shape I get when I wear a corset and this look amazing.

So this is what I would pick if I won.  Get yourself entered and you could be winning £100 to buy some of these beauties!  Good luck!

Sadly, this is the last day of the giveaways (Boooo!) but I really hope you've enjoyed entering the fantastic prize draws I've hosted this week.  The prize donators have been amongst my favourite brands and online shops and it will be such a success that you love them as much as I do.

We end with a particularly generous giveaway from leading Polish company, Ewa Michalak.  Not one, not two but THREE prizes of money vouchers to spend on the website, each to the value of 100 Polish Zloty.

I wouldn't have known about Ewa Michalak if it weren't for my fellow readers and bloggers and I've been so thankful for being introduced to the company.  The beautiful lingerie is a breath of fresh air; the european influence makes for a totally refreshing approach we're yet to see designers try here in the UK.

Ewa Michalak are offering 3 lucky winners a 100PLN voucher to spend.  To enter, simply complete the quick 'n' easy tasks in the Rafflecopter below.

Here's some of my current favourites from Ewa Michalak >

This competition is now CLOSED - winners announced soon!

It may be Day 5 of my blog's birthday giveaways but it's not coming to an end just yet!

I've worn and reviewed so many bras and knickers in the two years I've been writing this blog that I'm hard pressed to think which have been my favourite pieces.  There have simply been so many brands and styles I've enjoyed looking at and wearing.  One bra that does come easily to my mind happens to be the prize that today's brand has decided to award to the winner.  This bra in particular didn't just impress me ridiculously so when I first saw it in person, but has become my favourite go-to bra to wear since I got it.  It's the Freya Gem.

Freya Lingerie are simply one of the most desirable lingerie brands on the market in terms of their eclectic range of collections which enthrall and excite season after season.  Something so many large bust brands misconceive is the notion that if you have a larger bust you must want to wear something dowdy, and Freya buck the trend with their hot colours and quirky patterns.

Freya Lingerie are offering 1 lucky winner the tantilising Freya Gem Bra and Brief set.  To enter, simply complete the quick 'n' easy tasks in the Rafflecopter below.

This competition is now CLOSED - winners announced soon!

I can't believe it's Day 4 of the giveaways already!  I'm really enjoying hosting these gorgeous prize draws and I hope you're having as much fun entering.  It's not only amazing to see how many lingerie brands value the blogger circuit but it's so cool to see all of your support for my own blog.  It means so much and I wish I could give you all a huge hug to say thanks.

Today's giveaway comes from a brand I only reviewed earlier this year, and that is the very beautiful, very British - very Essex - Alexis Smith.  Fans of The Only Way Is Essex reality tv show will already be familiar with this brand as the representing face is the show's very own Jessica Wright, who opened her own lingerie boutique, choosing to sell Alexis Smith in her store.

Alexis Smith have kindly lined up a stunning lingerie set for those with D-G cups - the sexy plunging White Satin Bra and Brief set.  To enter, simply complete the quick 'n' easy tasks in the Rafflecopter below.

Since Freya launched their moulded seam free bra back in 2009, Deco has become possibly the most prevalent collection available to the fuller bust market.  It's success has led the introduction of a variety of styles and colour ways over the years, providing wearers with unbeatable support and fit, and resolving solutions to common clothing dilemmas.  Plunge or half cup, strapless or multiway - even the recent addition of the moulded soft cup - along with matching briefs, shorts and thongs, Deco has the answer whatever you choose to wear and however busty you are.  From 28-38 for B-GG cups.

Staple colours black and nude are the fail safe options every woman should own and Deco's continuity shades, including charcoal grey, are available across the main Deco family.  If vibrancy is more your thing, Deco Honey provides bold fashion colours which follow suit with the trends.  This season sees the beautiful purple iris taking centre stage over last season's hot firecracker red.  The Deco Flamingo is a playful feminine version of the Honey styling, featuring a cute flamingo design print.

A step up from the perfectly wearable moulded bra is the new Deco Shape collection.  Boasting more advanced styling solutions including a multiway bra, strapless slip and strapless longline bra this collection is problem solving as much as it is pretty.  The delicate floral pastel detailing makes Deco Shape ideal bridal lingerie.
Freya Deco 'Shape'

So you can see, Freya's Deco really is something different and worth celebrating.  Freya have just launched Deco 365 - a brand new mini website dedicated to Deco which will stay online for a whole year, showcasing Freya's full Deco range.  Not only is it there to help select the right bra for you, there's also an exciting style competition where by uploading your own best fashion look you could win some fabulous prizes, including Freya lingerie and a £1000 shopping spree!

I uploaded my own outfit to the website which will be added to the style gallery.  You can enter and add your own photo here.

I was sent the 'nude' Deco plunge bra in 28GG which is an excellent all rounder, invisible beneath most clothing whatever the colour or fabric.   Personally I adore wearing colourful lingerie and I'm particularly keen to get my hands on the gorgeous 'iris' Honey.  The flamingo print will also be a really fun bra to take me through summer.  I would love to check these out as soon as I can!

Have fun snapping and good luck!

As much as I love to indulge in an oversized snuggly jumper like the next person, something in me can't wait for the arrival of Spring so I can ditch my heavy Winter wear and dress in something a little prettier.  The Spring Summer trends for 2013 are abundant with feminine key looks and Next are at the forefront with high street versions that flatter the womanly figure, inspired from the SS13 catwalks.

One of my favourite trends has to be lace; it's elegant, timeless and classic, and suits all ages.  These are my favourite pieces from Next's Spring Summer 13 range - lace dresses and some lace footwear too.

This is my entry into the Next Guest Blogger competition which is running again for the new season trends.  The lucky winning blogger will receive 3 outfits worth up to £150 each and win the chance to write for Next's blog.  Don't forget to post your entry if this sounds exciting to you too!

With 2012 drawing to a close, I can't help but think it's been a really quick year.  I turned 30 back in February, a milestone I'd long been dreading.  Now with only a matter of days before we toast in 2013 I look back and realise now it's not been as bad a year as I'd expected it to be.  I haven't suddenly aged, I haven't popped my clogs and the world hasn't stopped turning.  I've had tons of ups and downs getting to this point in the year and it hasn't been plain sailing, but it's not all been bad.  It's actually been pretty awesome in parts!  I think, without all the bad bits to go through we wouldn't appreciate the good as much.  A period of sour makes a moment sweeter.

I've been thinking about what I actually got up to this past year, so here's some of my 2012 I'd like to remember it most by.

1.  I modelled for Essentials Magazine.  I was asked to model for the hour glass figure shape and was printed on a full page when the magazine hit the shelves.

2.  My rabbit lost weight on the PDSA Pet Fit Club.  Bobby was the first rabbit to enter the famous competition and lost 800g of excess weight winning her highly commended (2nd) place.  Bobby's photos appeared in nationwide publications and worldwide on the Internet.

3.  I entered Sunday Sun newspaper competition, Miss Sunday Sun, and appeared in the paper.

4.  I was featured in CT Magazine, the publication for fashion lovers and industry insiders which launched this year.  I'm also loving my role as copy editor.

5.  I was a runner up in Freya's Blog Star competition.  I was gutted not to win but hugely excited and proud to have placed in the final.

6.  I was a Wonderbra Ambassador for the Haul of Fame campaign which was fronted by celebrity stylist, Sophie Stevens.

7.  I started to review lingerie on the blog and write about brands starting with Ohhh Lulu, although I officially started bra reviews in 2011 with my Youtube channel before I was properly fitted in the sizes I wear today.

My first official review in 2011

8.  I was properly bra fitted!  This was the year I found out I wasn't a 32F but a 28GG/H at Bravissimo.  The passion - or obsession - took off from there.

2013 doesn't seem so daunting now.  I don't have a scary birthday coming up and I'm hopeful about the aspirations I'm keen to fulfill.

I hope your year has been a positive one and I wish you all the best for 2013!

I love spending time with my animals.  Guinea pigs and rabbits have been a huge part of my life for over 20 years, yet in all that time, as much as I mollycoddle them, I've never bought them Christmas presents.  That probably makes me sound incredibly hard nosed and selfish or, that I'm actually pretty sane and everyone who succumbs to pet stockings stuffed with rubber Christmas crackers are the crazies.  Either way, it's something I've genuinely never considered.

When Pet, Equine and Farm suppliers GJW Titmuss set a challenge to put together a virtual pet stocking to the value of £200, I decided it would be quite fun to make up a stocking for my bunnies, Bobby and Lucy.

This is what I would put in Bobby and Lucy's £200 stocking from the GJW Titmuss website >

The Cat Furminator, £34.99
This would be perfect for maintaining Lucy's long coat of fur.  As you can see, she's like a hairy teddy bear, and that's her after a hair cut!

Pink Vet Bed, £24.99
Vet Bed is the original and best fleecy pet bedding in my opinion and,  in baby pink, I'm sure my two girly buns would really covet this cute cosy to snuggle on.

Small Animal Kong, £5.19
Rabbits are easily bored and difficult to please.  This small animal version of the Kong would make a perfect addition to Bobby and Lucy's small collection of toys.

Luxury Sherpa Throw, £28.65
This would make a super fancy snuggle blanket for when I'm cuddling Bobby and Lucy.  Bobby has nibbled holes in their fleeces and this looks like sturdy quality to withstand naughty nibbles!

Clear Carrot Rabbit Bowl, £6.99
How swanky is this bowl?  Bobby and Lucy would feel like little princesses eating out of this designer chunky clear bowl decorated with 'frozen in ice' carrots.

Large Cat Combat Tunnel, £12.75
Rabbits don't just sit around in a cage, you know.  Not in my house, anyway!  Bobby and Lucy love playing, and since Bobby lost lots of weight on the famous PDSA Pet Fit Club this summer she needs to stay as active as possible.  This would be an awesome play tunnel for their room.

Nature Snacks Country Garden Herbs, £1.99
There's always time for a tasty bite in between playing and sleeping, and interesting, quality nibbles are important.  This packet of delicious herbs would be like a fudge for 'giving your kids a treat'.

Doggy Shack, £79.99
Bobby likes to sleep under her log arch while Lucy kips beneath a leather chair, but they do love to snuggle each other, and this wooden bedroom would be a cosy den for cuddly sleeps.
Veg Patch, £4.39
Everyone thinks rabbits just eat carrots, but the fact is it isn't healthy for them to eat carrots all the time.  (All that sugar, Bobby's watching her waistline, you know!)  This is a novel way for a carrot a day, plus it's a quirky game that'll entertain.  Bobby loves to throw her ball around, I'm sure she'll love to fling a carrot!
So this little lot comes to £199.93 leaving 7p from the virtual £200.  Bobby and Lucy would love to have these toys and home luxuries for real so we'll have to ask Santa Paws what he can do for them.  Bobby lost so much weight going from a wibbly 2.4kg to a svelte 1.6kg which has been an amazing accomplishment for my little lady.  And Lucy, well, she decided to make friends with Bobby this year and they're now the best of buds.  I think Santa Paws will be genuinely impressed this year!

The final installment of my Wonderbra Haul of Fame campaign sadly ends here.  Not just because this is my last outfit to show you just how many different types of outfits can be worn with Wonderbra's huge range of problem solvers.  The fourth and final bra to show you stops at a D cup and me being in the G+ range, wouldn't be able to stuff myself into!  I have gone all out and can present you with the outfit I would wear with this bra, but as you'll find this bra in particular is something pretty special, it's probably just as well it doesn't cater any higher.

So, this is my final outfit -

This is one of the most amazing dresses I own and one I think my boobs have pretty much outgrown.  It's by designer Kate Fearnley, and not only is made from the most gorgeous materials and crafted into the most amazing girly shape but this dress shows serious cleavage!  Let's say I wore this for a forthcoming Christmas party.  A showstopping dress needs a pretty awesome bra.

The only bra fit for the job of giving you the best cleavage EVER has to be the Wonderbra Full Effect Bra.  All I need say is it increases your bust by two sizes-worth.  (Oh, and the design is pretty gorgeous too.)  Big boobs officially start here!

Wonderbra's new Decoder app is set to solve all your potential bra fails.  By showcasing outfit examples, the app allows anyone to figure out what style of bra is best to wear under what.  Dodgy straps flashing out of your bandeau top can be a fashion faux-pas of the past!

Wonderbra asked me to put together some outfits of my own to demonstrate my own way of selecting the right bra for the job.  In Part 1 and Part 2 of my four post special this week I dressed up two of Wonderbra's fantastic bras; the T-Shirt Bra and the Ultimate Strapless Bra which are both available right up to a G cup.  Sadly the other two bras I was supposed to create looks for don't cater for my size so I've not been able to try them out.  I have, however, still put together an outfit I would wear with the bra, should it become available to me to wear.

So, this is my translation of wearing the next bra -

I feel most comfortable wearing outfits that show off my curvy figure to it's best.  Another casual look, this is my bubble hem light denim dress by Next.  I've worn it here with a skinny floral print belt and I'd wear a chunky pair of wedge heels with this.  The button fastening gives me the option to flash a bit of cleavage, perfect for wearing beneath...

...The Ultimate Plunge Bra!  This bra (available up to a DD cup) is the most advanced plunge bra I've ever seen, so much so, the centre gore is barely visible!

Ultimate Plunge Bra
Image Wonderbra

This would be the perfect option for the most dropped neckline you dare to wear.  You know those deep plunging dresses seen on the red carpet?  This is the bra they wish they'd worn on the night!  I, on the other hand, don't get to strut my stuff down a scarlet carpet so I chose my outfit to reflect a more typical look of my mine.

Don't forget the Haul of Fame competition is still running, for your chance to win the prize of a lifetime - £1000 shopping spree with style advice from Sophie Stevens!

In Part 4 I'll show you the biggest cleavage enhancing bra yet...
